Alan Castleman

Roots & Background
Born and raised in West Tennessee, Alan Castleman has spent nearly his entire life within 15 miles of Jackson. His roots here run deep — literally. At age 9, Alan was crowned King of the Strawberry Festival in his hometown of Humboldt, TN. These days he channels that community pride into helping people buy, sell, and settle into the place he's always called home.
After graduating from Smyrna High School in 1988 and attending both MTSU and Jackson State Community College, Alan returned to West Tennessee and built a career defined by relationships, hard work, and a genuine love for this community.

Career Journey
Alan spent the first half of his career in the consumer electronics industry — starting at New Wave Electronics in Jackson, then traveling extensively across the Southeast as an independent manufacturers' sales rep. Those years working alongside custom integrators on job sites gave him a working knowledge of construction from the ground up — a background that translated naturally into real estate when he made the switch in 2009.
He quickly became a leader in new construction sales, working directly with local builders and guiding clients through plan selection, finish selections, and builder processes. Over his career he has been involved in hundreds of new construction transactions and remains one of the most knowledgeable new construction resources in the Jackson market.
Why Real Estate & A Passion for Marketing
Ask Alan what drives him and the answer is simple: helping people. Customer service isn't a department — it's the entire job. He has never chased the dollar. He chases happy clients and successful transactions where his clients win.
Alan has always had a creative side that found its home in real estate marketing — from professional photography and 4K video tours to social media content and large-scale production pieces. Getting a property in front of the right buyers, in the right way, at the right time is something he takes real pride in. See our full marketing strategy →
Married to Heather for over 30 years, with two daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren — Alan understands what it means when a family finds the right home. It's personal.

Rachel Fullington
Buyer's Agent • Touring & Contract Support
Roots & Real Estate DNA
Rachel Fullington grew up in Crockett County and graduated from Crockett County High School before attending MTSU — giving her deep roots across the West Tennessee region she now helps clients call home.
Real estate was practically in her blood from the start. Her father worked in construction and architectural design, taking Rachel along to job sites from an early age. Her mother flipped houses and handled interior decorating, and Rachel was right there alongside her — developing an eye for space, potential, and what makes a home special long before she ever held a real estate license.

Experience & Eye for Homes
Rachel brings over 20 years of sales experience spanning retail, building materials, and medical sales — a background that sharpened her communication skills and her ability to advocate confidently for her clients. She earned her real estate license in 2020 and has a particular love for older homes with character — the kind most people walk past and she walks into seeing possibility.
She is also co-owner of York Laine, a high-end women's boutique in Jackson — a passion for style and design that carries directly into how she helps buyers evaluate and envision every space.
Life Outside Real Estate
When she's not working with buyers, you'll find Rachel browsing antique stores and estate sales, or constantly remodeling her own home with a million ideas and a very patient husband who handles all the projects. Rachel and her husband — married since 2015 — are proud parents of two girls and devoted owners of three dogs: Mia, Charlie, and Winnie. The family are avid basketball fans and enjoy catching Memphis Grizzlies games together.
