Alan has called the Jackson area home for most of his life and has been working in customer service and sales since 1990. Before real estate, he spent 19 years in the consumer electronics industry — an experience that sharpened his marketing instincts and technology skills. Since 2009 he has worked full time in real estate, bringing a level of professionalism and attention to detail that every client deserves.
Rachel Fullington
Rachel has been a Buyer's Agent with the Alan Castleman Team since 2023 specializing in guiding buyers through the search, touring, and contract process with exceptional communication and attention to detail. Her background in design and style — including owning York Laine, a local women's boutique in Jackson — gives her a unique eye for evaluating homes and helping buyers see the potential in a space.
